The Little Spoon truck sells a broad variety of delicious, artistically inspired products made with the highest quality ingredients, and offers a unique customer service experience as well. Little Spoon is an experiment in collaboration. We at Little Spoon team up with the best pastry chefs and chocolatiers in Los Angeles and work together to dream up new and different menu items for the truck. Every dessert that Little Spoon sells is created exclusively for us, sold only on our truck, and not available anywhere else in LA. Think of Little Spoon as the innovative side project of dozens of artists and culinary professionals in the city of Los Angeles: these chefs may be each others’ competitors while working in their own bakeries, but they become team members and collaborators while working with Little Spoon.
